Minnty Sound documentation

Everything needed to stream audio around your local network, whether your source is a Windows or Linux PC or another Android device.

Minnty Sound works only across your local network. It does not relay audio through a Minnty Labs server.

Troubleshooting guide

How the parts fit

  1. A server device captures and sends audio over your local network.
  2. Android devices find the server automatically or connect to an address you enter yourself.
  3. Each device can choose lower-delay playback or synchronised playback for listening together.

Minnty Sound Server is not available for Macs. Sorry, I don't own a Mac so I can't port it. However, the server is open source, so you can port it yourself if you want.
